  • Three Stage electric Knife Sharpener – Stage 1: Coarse Sharpening: Suitable for grinding blunt knives or those need putting an edge. Stage 2: Fine Honing: Suitable for daily maintenance of knives. Stage 3: Polishing: Suitable for polishing the blade after fine grinding. Note frequently used kitchen knives are recommended for Fine Honing once a week and Polishing is recommended after each sharpening of the knife.

Our Sharpener is fitted with 350# diamond abrasive, 600# diamond abrasive, 1000# resin abrasive. Making it best in its class, where others are fitted with 240# diamond for stage 1.
